ACCESSING THE TEAM
The team will only respond by request of department administration. Request services by calling (216) 299-3145. All phone requests will be responded to within 24 hours. The sooner the team is made aware of a need for response, the better able the team can prepare for response. There is no cost to use the team for services.

The team lead will work with the requesting agency to assess the immediate needs of the first responders involved, best method of response, timeframes, and location. The team follows the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation’s format for delivering services.

Services provided are strictly confidential. The team is registered with the Ohio CISM Network, and is covered by ORC 2317.02 K1 for protected speech.
